To the editor,

The prospect a making Obama a one term president improved dramatically on Nov. 2. I hope Republicans recognize the great opportunity.Believe it or not it was actually better Republicans did not win the Senate by my calculations — the reason being that any legislation that reaches Obama's desk will be a bipartisan creation. That puts Obama in a "Pandora's box".

The outing Obama plan is simple. The new energized Republican congress, voted in by unhappy Americans will be ready to create considerable legislation. With it's majority in place it is in a good position to do so.

The strategy of OUTING OBAMA lies in the composure of the new Senate. Two facts present themselves that are important. First, the Democrats Senate majority is now very slim. Second, a large number of Democratic senators are up for re-election in 2012, very few Republicans are. THIS FACT IS KEY. Those Democrats up for re-election, having just observed the " shellacking" their party just took, will be far more cautious to the consequence of their votes. Senators voting for the agenda of the American people rather than the agenda of the Democratic Party will be seen as having a much superior life expectancy after the current blood letting. Numerous Democratic senators will become malleable material for accomplishing the Republican agenda. A significant amount of hard bargained, bipartisan legislation will find it's way to Obama 'so desk from the Senate.

Obama will have one of two choices. He will become THE PRESIDENT OF 'NO' WITH HIS VETO PEN, appearing totally OBSTRUCTIONIST to bipartisan-created legislation or he will be forced to sign it and alienate his base of union types, blacks, Hispanics and low income Caucasians who can't build an over-intrusive, socialist government big enough or fast enough. They're depending on Obama to continue his redistribute the wealth agenda. Republicans win either way.

Given Obama's ego, arrogance and paranoia, his idealism will trump pragmatism. (Obama is not Bill Clinton.) He will not have the faith after this shellacking that the American people (particularly whites) will support his re-election bid. He will use the veto pen over and over, attempting to placate and rally his base believing that is the only chance he has to remain in office. He will be willing to ignore what America wants and needs (as he has for the past two years) and he will be willing to sacrifice many of his colleagues again at the election alter for the sake of his re-election. Two more years of putting the Democratic Party's interests before the American people's interests will not be tolerated in 2012 as it was not in 2010, even if the economy improves a little.

Don't let the door hit your butt on the way out.
