To the editor,
I would like to first thank the citizens of Laconia for their support. I am grateful for the confidence you gave to me by your votes. Congratulations to the newest members of the school board I wish you well and want to thank Bob for a nice positive campaign. We as candidates can be proud of ourselves as we gave the community a campaign to be proud of.
As I missed the seat by only 47 votes, I am not giving up. I will continue to attend the school board meetings and get involved in the budget, to add new ideas and to help find ways to bring the numbers lower but never giving up the basics. I still feel that the school board and administrative staff does a good job, I hope to contribute to their success as we offer a great education to our children and find cost savings through out the school system.
Thank you again Laconia citizens for your support. We are a great community and every vote, voice and person matters.
