Organizers of the New Hampshire Marathon present three checks of $15,000 each to local organizations during a post-race reception at the Homestead Restaurant in Bristol on Nov. 2. Nonprofit recipients this year are the Circle Program, the Mayhew Program, and the Tapply-Thompson Community Center.  Since its inception, the NH Marathon has awarded more than $535,000 to state and local organizations. This year’s 32nd annual race broke records, with 864 registered runners from 43 states, Washington, D.C., and five countries, ranging in age from 4 to 79.
