Third-generation Naswa Resort owner Cynthia Makris, who also serves as board president of the Laconia Motorcycle Week Association, and her mother Hope welcomed Gov. Chris Sununu to the shores of Paugus Bay for a celebration of Motorcycle Week's 100th rally on Wednesday. They were joined by Executive Director Charlie St. Clair and Deputy Director Jennifer Anderson. Hope, whose parents opened the resort 88 years ago, has seen nearly every Motorcycle Week, Sununu noted in brief remarks, and the resort's celebration has become a "staple" of the rally festivities.
