A minimum security inmate, who was reported missing from the Lakes Region (prison) Facility when the regular head county was taken on Sunday at about 9:20 p.m., was apprehended as he sought to return to his housing unit around 11 p.m. the same night.

Morgan James Kipper, 29, of Cambridge, Massachusetts, was sentenced to two concurrent sentences of two-and-a-half to five years for receiving stolen property in Hillsborough County Superior Court in Nashua last year, Kipper is eligible for parole on July 22, 2009 with a maximum release date of January 23, 2012.

Following Kipper's capture, he was transferred to the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord where officials of the New Hampshire Department of Corrections are investigating his absence.
