FRANKLIN — Operation Granite Shield brought a Franklin drug investigation to a conclusion with three arrests at 349 Victory Drive on Dec. 8.

Brian Sanborn, 52, and Sande Lamanuzzi, 51, of Franklin, and Angela Linteau, 31, of Laconia, are facing numerous charges as a result of the investigation.

Charges against Sanborn are possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, sale of heroin, sale of methamphetamine, nine counts of being a felon in possession of firearms, two counts of violating a restraining order, and three counts of receiving stolen property. He was being held at the Merrimack County Department of Corrections jail pending his arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Lamanuzzi faces a charge of possession with intent to distribute a narcotic drug and four counts of possession of a controlled drug. She also was being held at the Merrimack County jail pending arraignment.

Linteau’s arrest was on a no-bail drug capias from Belknap County Superior Court. A capias is a court-ordered arrest warrant, usually issued for a failure to appear in a criminal case. Linteau was being held at the Belknap County Department of Corrections jail pending her arraignment in Belknap County Superior Court.

The New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigation Unit, the State Police Special Weapons and Tactics team, Franklin and Tilton police departments, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives conducted the joint investigation.
