LACONIA — Laconia police responded to 60 service calls during the 24-hour period ending at noon on Thursday, May 16.

There were no arrests.

Officers conducted 15 motor vehicle stops, and investigated traffic accidents at South Main and Grant streets, and Fair and Court streets.

Police investigated a report of a theft on Hickory Stick Lane, and a report of harassment on South Main Street.

One juvenile incident was handled.

Officers responded to six disturbance calls, including one classified as a domestic disturbance.

Laconia police handled 275 service calls between noon on Saturday, May 11 and noon Wednesday, May 15.

Six people were arrested.

Dylan W. Miles, 25, of Winnisquam Avenue, in Laconia, was arrested on three charges of being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon.

Megan A. Stimson, 20, of Winnisquam Avenue, in Laconia, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled drug.

John Frodyma, 51, of Depot Street, in Stratham, was arrested on two separate occasions on charges of criminal trespass and breach of bail conditions.

Patrick Stitt, 45, no fixed address, was arrested on a bench warrant.

James A. Burns, 40, no fixed address, was arrested on two charges of violation of a restraining order.

Dale J. Smith Jr., 23, of Blueberry Lane, in Laconia, was arrested on six charges of possession of a controlled drug. He was also arrested on a bench warrant, and on a fugitive warrant.

Officers conducted 49 motor vehicle stops, and investigated traffic accidents on Beacon Street West, Union Avenue, Endicott Street North, Court Street, and at Elm Street and Railroad Avenue.

Police investigated reports of assaults on Mechanic Street, and Court Street, and at Laconia Middle School, and at Lakes Region General Hospital.

Reports of thefts on Court Street, Gale Avenue, Gilbert Street, and Messer Street, and at Lakes Region General Hospital were investigated.

Police investigated reports of burglaries on Keasor Court, and at Wingate Village apartments on Blueberry Lane.

A report of criminal threatening at Laconia Middle School was investigated.

Officers responded to three mental health emergencies.

Police investigated two separate shoplifting complaints at Walmart.

A report of vandalism at Wingate Village apartments was investigated.

Officers dealt with six juvenile matters.

Officers responded to 16 disturbance calls, including three that were classified as domestic disturbances.
