A Grafton County Superior Court Grand Jury issued the following indictments on Dec. 20:

Samantha D. Bidwell, 31, of Highland Street, Ashland, is facing a Class A felony charge for possession of fentanyl after having previously been convicted of possessing controlled drugs. She also faces a Class B felony of receiving fentanyl while serving time at the Grafton County jail.

An indictment is not a finding of guilt, but an independent jury’s decision, after hearing from police, that sufficient evidence exists to warrant a court trial.

Erik K. Jorgenson, 30, of Blair Road, Campton, is facing two Class A felony charges for allegedly possessing fentanyl and methamphetamine after having previously been convicted of possessing a controlled drug.

Daniel McDonald, 27, of Mountain Drive, Gilford, is facing a Class B felony of having buprenorphine in his possession in Alexandria.

Jonathan Hoyt, 48, of Dorchester Road, Rumney, is facing a Class B felony charge of driving a motor vehicle in Campton after having been certified as an habitual offender.

Hussein S. Mubarak, 19, of Riverside Avenue, Burlington, Vermont, is facing three Class A felony charges alleging that he burglarized three Plymouth residences and stole liquor from them. He also faces a Class B felony for having a backpack with an allegedly stolen computer.

The grand jury also indicted Kaplan Mullen, 21, of Dick Brown Road, Bridgewater, on Class B felonies of theft by deception and forgery. According to the indictments, Mullen forged and attempted to cash a check for $1,490 in Plymouth.
