LACONIA — The employees at Rist-Frost-Shumway Engineering in Laconia recently collected non-perishable Thanksgiving food items for the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry and pledged to donate one turkey for every five non-perishable food items collected.
A delivery to St. Vincent’s on Friday, Nov. 17, consisted of 801 food items and 150 turkeys. Donations were also made to The Greater Boston Food Bank and Project Feed in Portland, Maine, in conjunction with the employees from the RFS offices in those locations. The business thanks Vista Foods in Laconia for its assistance in procuring the turkeys.
