BRISTOL — Thomas “Tom” J. Kearns, Jr, 66 of 50 Prospect Street, Bristol, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia, on Friday May 26, 2006.

Mr. Kearns was born December 22, 1939 in New York, New York.

He had been a resident of Bristol for the past 7 years coming from Gilford. He was employed as a

truck driver for GMI at the time of his death.

Mr. Kearns loved to make jewelry, stained glass and panning for gold.

Survivors include his wife of 11 years Rosanne C. (Noel) Kearns of Bristol; 3 step-sons John Gilbert of Nashua, Jeff Gilbert of Sanbornton and Jody Gilbert of Lochmere; 2 grandchildren Brady Gilbert and Ashley both of Sanbornton; a brother Peter Kearns of Newmarket; many nephews and nieces; close friends Keith and Penny O’Day and Bob and Jean Marquis. He was predeceased by his parents and a sister Mary Paul.

There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held in Oakland Cemetery, Meredith Center Wednesday May 31, 2006 at 10:00 AM.
