MEREDITH — Patricia A. Grant, 48, of 15 High Street Apt. 2, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Thursday, October 23, 2008.
Patricia was born November 28, 1959 in Laconia, the daughter of Reginald and Eleanor (Mitchell) Smith. She has been a resident of Meredith for the past two months, living all her life in Laconia. She has been a Senior Customer Service Representative for Madeira USA Corp. for the past nine years.
Patricia was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of the V.F.W. Post 1670 of Laconia. She enjoyed cooking and playing with her grandchildren and going to yard sales. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother and also a dedicated worker.
Survivors include a son, Jonathan Bristow, and his wife, Virginia of Meredith; a daughter, Elizabeth A. Lempke of Meredith; two grandchildren, Austin Howard and Juliana Bristow both of Meredith; a sister, Jody L. Baker, and her husband, Thayer, of New Hampton; a niece Keisha Baker of Laconia; and close friends Jen Perkins and Luana Miller. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Craig S. Smith.
Calling house will be held on Monday, October 27, 2008 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N.H.
A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 12:00PM in the family lot in Union Cemetery, Laconia.
