Nancy A. Granger, 81, passed away peacefully on Aug. 6, 2026.
She was born in Lyme, on Feb. 21, 1945, the daughter of Earl and Florence (Flack) Wilmot.
Nancy was a devoted homemaker who found joy in the simple things in life. She enjoyed arts and crafts, meditation coloring books, and reading her “Daily Bread” prayer books and novels by Danielle Steel. Nancy was known for her kind heart. She was a genuinely nice person who treated everyone she met with warmth and compassion.
Nancy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Paul Granger, in 1985; her daughter, Mary (Granger) Higgins; and her daughter, Becky (Granger) Blue.
She is survived by her daughters Tammy (Granger) Daoust of Laconia, and Heidi (Granger) Skidds and her partner, Stan Belfante, of Laconia; her sons, Paul Granger of Moultonborough, and Danny Granger of Laconia; her son-in-law, David Higgins of Laconia; her brother, Gene Wilmot of Meredith; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at noon, Saturday, Aug. 15, at Union Cemetery, 176 Academy St., Laconia.
