Martha Bryson, age 98, passed away peacefully at home on March 14, 2026. She was born on Sept. 24, 1927, in Westminster, California, to Louie Cruz and Narcisa Sanchez.

Martha was a strong, hardworking woman who lived a long and full life. She worked at Webster/Watts for nearly 30 years before retiring. But retirement was never truly for Martha. She soon returned to work at Winnisquam Regional High School where she worked in the cafeteria until she later moved to Texas, with her daughter, Jeannie.

Martha was preceded in death by her husbands, George "Pete" Dion and James P. Bryson; her daughters, Carol (Dion) Sheehan, Shari (Dion) Murphy, and Mary Jo (Dion) Robichaud.

She is lovingly survived by her daughters Elizabeth Rogers and her husband George Rogers, and daughter Jeannie Heminger; her sister, Mary Rapp of Laguna Woods, California; 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Martha's strength and determined spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A graveside service to honor Martha's life will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, at Boscawen Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
