BELMONT — Kenneth Warren Thomas Sr., 71, of Belmont, passed away peacefully at home on Oct. 4, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Kenneth was born on Nov. 20, 1954, in Framingham, Massachusetts, the son of the late William H. Thomas Jr. and Vera Thelma (Eldridge) Thomas.

Kenneth shared 46 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Donna M. (Tierney) Thomas. He was most recently employed by Toolmex, where he worked for more than 18 years.

Kenneth enjoyed life and especially treasured spending time with his family. He had a love for the outdoors and could often be found riding his Harley, fishing, snowmobiling, or boating. He also took great pride in his log home, a place that reflected his appreciation for nature and provided many opportunities to enjoy time with those he loved.

Kenneth was creative and enjoyed working with his hands. He had a special ability to see possibilities in ordinary things found outdoors, using his creativity and skills to make planters, bird feeders, decorations, and other unique creations. His family will remember not only the things he made, but the thought, imagination, and personality he put into them.

Above all, Kenneth cherished his family. The memories they created together and the love he shared with them will remain a lasting part of his legacy.

He is survived by his wife, Donna; his sons, Shane W. Thomas and his wife, Dawn, of Sturbridge, Massachusetts, and Kenneth W. Thomas Jr. and his wife, Jami, of Milford; his daughter, Melissa K. (Thomas) Corson and her husband, Brian, of Compton, Illinois; nine grandchildren, Tabitha Strong, Trevor Thomas, Phoebe Thomas, Damien Thomas, Jack Thomas, Emma Corson, Haileigh Thomas, Zachary Corson, and Adeline Corson; his great-grandchild, Oliver Sevier; his sister, Joyce Goodwin of Kissimmee, Florida; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Kenneth was predeceased by his brother William Thomas.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., on Friday, Oct. 30, at Union Cemetery in Bellingham, Massachusetts. Following the service, family and friends are warmly invited to gather at the Bellingham VFW from noon to 4 p.m. to share memories, celebrate Kenneth’s life, and enjoy time together.

Casual attire is welcome, in keeping with Kenneth’s easygoing nature.

For those who wish, memorial donations may be made in Kenneth’s memory to the New Hampshire Humane Society, 1305 Meredith Center Road Laconia, NH 03246.
