NORTHFIELD — Gary E. Lebreche, 81, passed away peacefully, in his own home, on October 2, 2022. Gary was born in Northfield on May 22, 1941. Gary is survived by his significant other, Rebecca Presby; his daughter, Shari (Lebreche) Weinrebe; grandchildren, Christian Economides and Nicole (Economides) Delessio; also, great-grandson, Oliver Economides.
Heaven has a new gardener! Gary's happiest moments were spent gardening, growing beautiful lilies, morning glories, huge pumpkins, vegetable gardens and evergreens. Years ago he had a landscaping business called “Lebreche's Nursery.” He also worked at Arwood Corporation in Northfield.
Gary enjoyed antiques and made it into his retirement business. He spent many peaceful hours fishing with his lifelong friend, Arthur Carignan. He was a true competitor with his shooting and archery skills.
A private service will be held at Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the Humane Society of NH commemorating his love for his feline friends.
