Dianna L. McMath, 63

FRANKLIN — Dianna L. McMath, 63, 19 Route 104, Meredith, died Saturday evening, August 8, 2008, at the Golden View Health Care Center, Meredith.

She was born April 8, 1946, in Needham, Mass., the daughter of M. Natalie (Kline) McMath and the late Fred C. McMath. She was a graduate of Dover High School, and was a long time resident of Franklin, recently moving to Meredith.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed as the head of the cosmetics department for Globe Department Store, Franklin.

She volunteered her time in assisting the Franklin Library with distributing books to those who are house bound.

Dianna is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Justin L. and Jill A. McMath of Meredith; three daughters, Jodi L. McMath of Wells, Maine, Wendi M. Dubois of Somersworth, and Traci L. McMath-Hlavac and her husband Brian F. Hlavac of Rochester; three grandchildren, Nicole M. Dubois of Somersworth, Sophia A. McMath and Noah J. McMath both of Meredith; her mother, M. Natalie McMath of Sanford, Maine; a brother, Freddie McMath of South Berwick, Maine; several nieces and nephews.

There are no calling hours. Friends and relatives are invited to attend graveside services on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, at 1 p.m. in Oakland Cemetery, Meredith Center, with the Rev. John P. Newman, officiating.
