BELMONT — Deborah L. (Gaw) Hastings-Watkins, 54 of 14 Spruce Drive in Belmont died Sunday, November 18, 2007 at her home following a short illness. She was born in Winchester, Massachusetts, March 22, 1953, daughter of Warren and Virginia (Mickle) Gaw. Deb spent her youth and schooled in Melrose, MA. Prior to moving to Belmont six years ago she had resided in Franklin for over 25 years. Deborah worked in food service with the New Hampshire Technical College in Concord for many years and later in food service at Franklin Regional Hospital in Franklin.

She was predeceased by her father Warren Gaw.

Her family includes her husband of five years, James H. Watkins of Belmont; sons, John G. Hastings Jr. of

Franklin and Marc S. Hastings of Franklin; daughters, Stephanie L. Green of New Boston, Dena A. Hastings of Edwards, Colorado and Shelby R. Allard of Sanbornton; grandchildren, Myles and Lilly Green of New Boston and Michael Allard of Sanbornton; her mother, Virginia (Mickle) Gaw of Andover, MA; her brother, Wayne K. Gaw of Londonderry; a niece and a nephew.

A celebration of Deborah's life will be held Friday, November 23 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home, Franklin-Tilton Road in Tilton.
