MOULTONBOROUGH — Lakes Region Visiting Nurse Association recently announced the retirement of Jeri King, a registered nurse. King embarked on her nursing career at Moultonborough Visiting Nurse Service, where she dedicated 15 years to compassionate patient care before becoming an integral part of Lakes Region VNA in 2013.

Over the course of her 26-year career, King has served as a home care nurse, leaving an indelible mark on the community she cares about. Her commitment to her patients is unparalleled, and her expertise as a clinician has been an inspiration to colleagues. King has not only excelled in patient care but has also been a source of knowledge and guidance, generously sharing her experience with fellow nurses and mentoring new additions to the profession.

As she bids farewell to her career, she eagerly anticipates quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In celebration of King's contributions, Lakes Region VNA invites the community to join in expressing gratitude and extending warm wishes from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 11, at the Moultonborough Safety Building at 1035 Whittier Hwy.
