LACONIA — Dr. YaXi Stapp recently joined the physical therapy team at Mid-State Health. Stapp is accepting new patients ages 12 and up at Mid-State’s Boulder Point office in Plymouth, where she provides outpatient physical therapy services with a personalized, one-on-one approach.

Stapp brings a strong academic and clinical background to her role, having earned her doctor of physical therapy degree from Plymouth State University and her bachelor of science in health sciences and kinesiology from New England College.

Her passion lies in helping individuals regain strength, confidence, and mobility, whether they’re recovering from surgery, healing from an injury, or managing a chronic condition. A strong advocate for patient education, Stapp believes the best outcomes come from empowering patients to take an active role in their care. Her approach is personal, always focused on understanding each patient’s goals and building treatment plans that reflect their individual needs and lifestyle.

“What drew me to Mid-State was their commitment to individualized care,” said Stapp. “Patients are treated as a whole person, not just a number, and there’s a true sense of connection within their care team that creates an environment that allows me to provide the best possible care.”

Stapp’s addition enhances Mid-State’s integrated approach to health care, where physical therapists work closely with primary care providers and other specialists to ensure coordinated whole-person treatment. Her presence at the Plymouth location offers increased access to high-quality rehabilitation services in a setting that prioritizes comfort, communication, and continuity of care.
