WOLFEBORO — Granite VNA is offering a six-week Living with Grief Support Group on Wednesdays beginning Jan. 17, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sessions will be held at All Saints Episcopal Church, 258 South Main St.
This weekly group offers adults a safe, caring space to share and learn alongside others whose lives and hearts have been broken open by loss. Together, discuss ways of coping with grief and the challenges of making your way in a changed world.
Those who have suffered the loss of any beloved — in a partnership, family of origin, family of choice or friendship. Grief is a deeply shared human experience, one in which there is much to learn from listening and sharing with others.
All community members are welcome to attend this free program. Registration is required and space is limited. Masks optional.
