Located in Tilton, the veterans home has been a residential health care provider for Granite State veterans since 1890. This 250-person facility provides continuing care for the physical, emotional and cognitive changes that residents experience as part of the overall aging process. They have a proud history of successfully adapting its services to meet the needs of Granite State veterans.

Dedicated to preserving personal identity, ensuring dignity, promoting independence and instilling trust, staff members work in partnership with volunteers and veteran service organizations to enrich the residents’ lives.

Residents can shop at a store, work in the greenhouse, browse in the library, relax in the family room and attend resident council meetings. A barber and hairdresser are available. Some activities include arts and crafts, shopping trips, cards and games and a host of other activities.
