Stephanie Tibbetts of Laconia was crowned winner of the 2007 Nationals Miss Teen Manchester Pageant on Sunday, May 20, at Keene High School. The Laconia High School junior will compete nationally in Florida in December. To sponsor Tibbetts call her at 524-3779.
