BELMONT — The Shaker Regional School District School Board is planning two public forums for the purpose of soliciting input into the search for a new superintendent. The first session will be held Wednesday, Jan. 4 in the Canterbury Elementary School cafeteria at 6 p.m. The second will be held on Thursday, Jan. 5 in the Belmont High School cafeteria.
School officials indicate the purpose of the forums is to draw comment that will assist the board in "framing the desired characteristics and experience of our new leader".
Those unable to attend either forum but who wish to provide input are encouraged to direct written comments to: The New Hampshire School Boards Association, 23 Triangle Park Drive, Suite 101, Concord, NH 03301; or e-mail shakersearchcomm@sau80.
