Turner’s Cottages located at 511 Wulamat Road on the Shore of Newfound Lake in Bristol has recently been sold to Shane D. Brady of Brady Sullivan Properties from Manchester. Nancy Clark and Frank Roche of Roche Realty Group Inc. with offices in Meredith, Laconia and Moultonborough represented the seller, The Estate of Donald H. Turner in this transaction.
The property was operated as a waterfront cottage colony since the early 1950’s by the Turner family consisting of 10 individual cottages situated on approximately 4.44 acres with substantial shore frontage on Newfound Lake, a sandy beach, dock and panoramic lake and mountain views.
Brady Sullivan Properties is a leading development company in New Hampshire with a substantial track record in developing, constructing and converting condominium complexes throughout New England and Naples, Fla. The company also manages a diverse portfolio of over three million square feet of office, mill and industrial space. “Shane Brady plans to upgrade the existing waterfront cottages along the lake into a small desirable single family condominium complex of 10 homes — the company’s track record for upgrading properties of this type has been very strong and without question this will be an asset for Newfound Lake Region,” according to Frank Roche of Roche Realty Group Inc.
Roche Realty Group is a leader in the Lakes Region in the sale of development properties, commercial sales, and the marketing of condominium communities and residential subdivisions throughout the region.
