Lakes Region Retired Educators Association will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, May 16 at Gilford Community Church in Gilford.
The meeting will start at 11 a.m. followed by a meal: appetizer, tossed garden salad, baked chicken, potato puff, baby carrots, dinner rolls, cranberry sauce and dessert of vanilla ice cream with strawberries. The cost for this meal will be $11. Make reservations with your telephone captain, or with Jacqueline Spear at 279-4082 by May 7.
The program will be a slide show and demonstration by Nancy Lyon from New London about her New England K-9 search and rescue dogs. All retired educators are invited.
