MEREDITH — LRGHealthcare and Moultonboro Family Healthcare are pleased to welcome Jeanne Prescott, APRN, MEd, MSN to the Moultonborough community. Prescott will be practicing general family medicine at Moultonboro Family Healthcare, as well as Belknap Family Health Center in Meredith.
Prescott received her Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from Rivier University and holds a Master of Education in Health Promotion and Eating Disorders. She has been part of the LRGHealthcare family for ten years.
