The Laconia High School Key Cub has been hosting a Beanie Baby Drive. They have sent off their first batch of 187 Beanie Babies to five different orphanages in Africa for children with AIDS. Club members are grateful for all the support that they have received from the community and have decided to adopt this as an ongoing project. Anyone who would like to donate Beanies, or other small stuffed animals are encouraged to drop off at the Laconia High School’s main office. (Courtesy photo)
