The Greater Meredith Program is presenting Halloween in Meredith: A Spooktacular Series of Events. Through the 31st there will be 20 events.

The Scarecrow Scavenger Hunt Game Card and Halloween Events Guide is available in more than 25 locations, including participating businesses, the Greater Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce, and Meredith Public Library. Events include Resident Evil: Haunted Houses of Meredith Contest, Coffin of Treasures Contest sponsored by The Fitness Edge, the Scarecrow Scavenger Hunt sponsored by Meredith businesses, Moulton Farm’s Fall Festival, the Fall Family Fun Fest organized by the Meredith Parks and Recreation Department, Build-A-Scarecrow at Cackleberries Garden & Gift Shop, A Frightful Beaded Night at Simply Bead ‘N Around, Halloween Storytime with Mrs. Morgan at the Library, and the 10th Annual Kids’ Halloween Party at The Mug Restaurant.

Other events include Moulton Farm’s Haunted Maze, Creepy, Cool, and Carved Creations at Church Landing, Sparky the Fire Dog Haunted House at the Meredith Fire Station, the Monster Dash and Bash sponsored by The Fitness Edge, Moonlight Mayhem at Community Park, organized by the Greater Meredith Program, Asylum (a haunted forest) at Swasey Park organized by the Bennett family, A Frightful Good Time at Community Park organized by the Greater Meredith Program, a Children’s Halloween Parade at Inter-Lakes Day Car Center, Open House at the Meredith Police Station, Halloween at Golden View Health Care Center, and Trick-or-Treating in Meredith in Meredith on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 5 to 9 p.m.

Get your game card completed for the Scarecrow Scavenger Hunt and enter to win the Biggest Trick or Treat Bag ever in the history of Meredith, sponsored by Cackleberries Garden and Gift Shop and Moulton Farm and also pick up your keys at participating businesses to try your luck at the Coffin on Treasures Contest.
