The LRGH Auxiliary will host its annual Holiday Tree of Love and Remembrance beginning on Friday, November 27. For a donation of $3, an angel with the name of a loved one to be honored or remembered will be placed on the tree.
This year the paper angels were lovingly decorated in a 4th grade art class of Kim Valpey at Gilford Elementary School. Angels may be obtained in the LRGH Gift Shop or by calling 524-3211 ext. 3172. A service of remembrance will be held on Friday, December 18 at 2 p.m. At this service the name of each person honored with an angel on the tree will be read aloud. Refreshments will be served.
Proceeds raised from the Holiday Tree of Love and Remembrance will benefit the LRGH Auxiliary to help the organization fund its ongoing projects and programs that enhance patient care in the LRGHealthcare community.
