CENTER HARBOR — The authors of "Ghosts of New Hampshire’s Lakes Region" will tell their favorite hair-raising stories of unexplained otherworldly phenomena at Bayswater Book Co. from 11 a.m. — 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 23. The duo will also appear at Borders Superstore in Nashua at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 30.

Demonologist Katie Boyd and psychic medium Beckah Boyd will share the mysteries of the Granite State’s paranormal hot spots from the maritime specters of Portsmouth and haunted inns and taverns of Laconia to the spirited mills of Dover. Part case report and part history, "Ghosts of New Hampshire's Lakes Region" will keep readers in suspense as often as it will spark laughter - not all spirits are dark and sinister!

Beckah Boyd is a sixth-generation psychic medium with more than 15 years of experience and practice. She not only speaks, hears, and sees loved ones who have passed but can also see into the past, present, and future. She is the author of the book "Raising Indigo, Crystal and Psychic Kids." She is also host of the radio show "The Psychic Switch" and co-host of "Ghost Quest Radio" on the Tenacity Radio Network.

Katie Boyd is an internationally known demonologist and occult sciences/crimes specialist. She has written many books including "Ghost Quest in New Hampshire," "Devils & Demonology in the 21st Century," "Rhode Island's Spooky Ghosts & Creepy Legends," "Haunted Closets: True Tales of the Boogeyman" and "Witches & Witchcraft in the 21st Century."

Along with the investigating duo’s favorite stories of unexplained phenomena will be a bone chilling interview with television celebrity ghost hunter and New Englander Shannon Sylvia.
