Getting around the Lakes Region during Motorcycle Week, which this year falls between June 14 and June 20, is never easy. Roads are closed or clogged with bikes from around the world, and in some regions four-wheel traffic is prohibited entirely. For a pleasant alternative to being stuck in highway traffic, try taking to the water and leave the driving to Mount Washington Cruises.
While the Winnipesaukee Flagship M/S Mount Washington will be dockside and open to the public during Motorcycle Week, her sister ships will offer quick and easy shuttle service between the ports of Weirs Beach and Meredith on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. With fares of just $10 per person roundtrip, passengers will enjoy the scenery of picturesque Meredith Bay during their half hour journey to Weirs Beach.
The Doris E. and Sophie C. will be offering shuttle service on Thursday (10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.), Friday (9:00 a.m. – 1:30 a.m.), Saturday (9:00 a.m. – 1:30 a.m.) and Sunday (9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.).
