Duke Kline congratulates Patrick Welch at Morrill Park in Center Harbor as the first recipient of the Diane K. Kline Memorial Scholarship Fund. The fund was established as a memorial to Diane who was a gifted 37-year educator. Patrick, a senior at Inter-Lakes High School and resident of Center Harbor, aspires to become an aeronautical engineer and will participate in the Aviation Career Education Academy sponsored by the newly formed Aviation and Aerospace Education Center at Winnipesaukee.
