BELMONT — Friends of Belmont Football is hosting its fourth annual Christmas tree sale located just south of the Gates Farm on Laconia Road (Route 106 near Country Kitchen Bread Outlet) in Belmont.

Trees are available from 10 a.m. to 5 or 6 p.m. on weekends and 4 to 6 or 7 p.m. during the week, dependent on weather and business. If evenings are busy, hours will be extended.

Again this year, there are three varieties to choose from, including Balsam fir, Fraser fir and a hybrid, Fralsam fir. Additional smaller trees were ordered this year (5-6 feet) and trees of all sizes are very healthy and full. All trees harvested in Northern New Hampshire. Bird seed wreaths are also available for purchase.

This fundraising sale will continue only until all trees are sold. Show up with a pick-up truck and get yourself a $5 discount instantly.

Net proceeds from Christmas tree sales will benefit Friends Of Belmont Football and high school football athletes from Belmont and Canterbury.

The year-round fundraising efforts of FOBF pays for the Shaker Regional School District's financial obligation to the Gilford School District towards the Gilford-Belmont cooperative varsity football team.
