ALTON — The AlÂton Historical Society will start off its 2017 season on Tuesday, April 18, at 7 p.m., in the lower level of the Gilman Library on Main Street, with a Q&A program of Alton History hosted by Alton residents Bob Witham and Marty Cornelissen.
