Celebrate National Deep Dish Day with UNO Pizzeria & Grill, the creators of deep dish pizza. Guests are invited to take part in a fun, interactive cooking class where UNO chefs will guide participants through the step-by-step process of making the restaurant’s iconic Chicago-style deep dish pizza. TILTON ― The creators of Chicago’s original deep dish pizza are giving guests an inside look at making the iconic dish.

Celebrate National Deep Dish Day with UNO Pizzeria & Grill, the creators of deep dish pizza. Guests are invited to take part in a fun, interactive cooking class where UNO chefs will guide participants through the step-by-step process of making the restaurant’s iconic Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Participants will learn everything from dough preparation to layering toppings before baking their own deep dish masterpiece.

Tickets include one regular-size deep dish pizza, salad, a beverage (beer, wine or soft drink) and dessert. Space is limited and advance tickets are required. 

The event will be held Saturday, April 4, from noon to 2:30 p.m. at UNO Pizzeria & Grill in Tilton at 122 Laconia Road.
