MEREDITH — On Thursday, Oct. 15, at 6 p.m. in the Meredith Public Library Function Room, Jennifer Miller will present a program titled, "Creating Morning and Evening Routines to Improve Mental Health." She will teach participants how a simple morning and evening routine can dramatically improve quality of life. Miller will also explain why these routines are so effective and how to create a routine that fits with one's own lifestyle and preferences.
Miller is a registered nurse in the mental health program associated with Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Gilford.
