MOULTONBOROUGH — The Moultonborough Women’s Club recently welcomed its newest members during two intimate wine and cheese gatherings held at the private homes of club members. The evenings brought together new members and board members for warm conversations, laughter, and new connections. Since June, the club has welcomed 43 new members, bringing total enrollment to an all-time high of just over 200 women.

Looking ahead, MWC members will continue their commitment to local causes on Sunday, Oct. 18, as a team of women walk to raise money for breast cancer awareness and research. In addition to its active social calendar, the MWC remains dedicated to supporting local students.

Members will host their annual Election Day Bake Sale on Tuesday, Nov. 3, at Moultonborough Academy while voting polls are open. All proceeds from the bake sale directly benefit the MWC Scholarship Fund, which provides financial awards to graduating seniors from Moultonborough Academy. Voters and community members are encouraged to stop by the table for homemade treats and to support local education.
