WOLFEBORO — Makers Mill will hold the kickoff to the 2026 Upcycled Fashion Show activities with a free Upcycling Presentation and Clothing & Textile Swap on Saturday, Jan. 24, from 9 a.m. to noon. This is the first of five free events leading up to the show.

The morning starts at 9 a.m. with a presentation exploring the art and creativity of upcycled garments, accessories, and costumes. After the presentation, attendees can participate in a clothing and textile swap, share materials, brainstorm ideas, and discover new fabrics for projects.

Check out makersmill.org/upcycled to register as a designer for the 2026 show or to sign up for one or more of the free classes.

The Upcycled Fashion Show will take place on Sunday, April 26, at the Kingwood Arts Center in Wolfeboro, 2:30–4 p.m., showcasing designs from local makers and inspiring sustainable fashion ideas. Tickets will be on sale in February at makersmill.org/upcycled or in person at Makers Mill.
