Lakes Region Scholarship Foundation annual benefit on March 4

LACONIA — Lakes Region Scholarship Foundation’s Annual Benefit Night at Fratello’s Restaurant will be held Tuesday, March 4, from 4 p.m. to closing. During this time, 25% of dine-in or take-out food sales will go directly to benefit the LRSF Friends of the Foundation Operating Fund.

Executive Director Chris Guilmett said “It is a win-win for people in the area. Those who attend get a delicious meal in addition to helping out LRSF, which has been awarding scholarships to residents for the past 69 years. All you need to do, when placing your order, is mention that you are there to support Lakes Region Scholarship Foundation. We hope that many diners who have supported us in the past, as well as many new patrons will join us for a festive evening at Fratello’s.”

LRSF Director Karen Switzer said, “Prizes for our annual Winter Blues Raffle fundraiser will be on display that evening, as we will be drawing the winners of our Winter Blues Raffle that same night.”

Along with being able to purchase raffle tickets that evening, raffle tickets can also be purchased ahead of time directly through Lakes Region Scholarship Foundation’s website, lrscholarship.org.
