GILFORD ― On Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 6 p.m., Kim Fallon, a retired chief forensic investigator with the New Hampshire Office of Chief Medical Examiner, returns to the library for a talk titled, "Shining a Light on the Dark Web." The dark web is material on the internet that has been blocked from being indexed by traditional search engines. This content can only be accessed and decrypted by special software and anonymous web browsers.

Fallon will look at various scary things found on the dark web. She will also explore who is using the dark web and for what purposes (including legal and illicit uses).
