MEREDITH — Join the Meredith Fine Craft Gallery on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 2 to 4 p.m. for a felted pumpkins class with juried fiber artist Hannah Gage.
In this beginner-friendly class, Gage will guide students through the process of creating a small and simple pumpkin using needle felting techniques. These fuzzy pumpkin figures make for great fall decorations with a personal hand-made touch.
All materials, including wool and felting tools, will be provided for use during the workshop. Students will complete a finished felted piece that can be framed later. No prior experience is necessary — just an interest in learning a new fiber art technique. Students should bring water, and a snack if desired.
