MOULTONBOROUGH — Castle in the Clouds raised more than $100,000 during its recent Havana Night Gala. The funds will be used to restore the Stone Garden Shed, part of the garden complex on the 110-year-old property.

The 2024 Havana Night Gala featured the music of Claves & Blues, which entertained the 160 guests with Cuban and Puerto Rican sounds, along with salsa dance instruction that filled the dance floor with participants. Guests were treated to Cuban-inspired dishes and cocktails after enjoying sweeping views of Lake Winnipesaukee from the Lucknow Mansion lawn.

“Our team is overwhelmed by the generosity of our supporters, who made the 2024 Havana Night Gala a remarkable success,” said Executive Director Charles Clark. “Their dedication to the preservation of this historic property truly makes it a shared mission and we are sincerely grateful for their partnership.”

The Annual Gala is the largest fundraiser for Castle in the Clouds and is held every July with a fun new theme each year. It advances the nonprofit mission of Castle Preservation Society by supporting a project beneficiary that is announced at the event.
