BELMONT  Join the Belmont Police Department on Saturday, May 23, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Belmont Mill for an afternoon focused on fun, bicycle safety and skill building.

Officer Somogyi and Cpl. Riley are spearheading this event to help kids learn important bicycle safety practices while improving their riding skills through hands-on activities, obstacle courses and interactive instruction. Participants will have the opportunity to practice safe riding techniques, build confidence on their bikes, and learn tips that will help keep them safe all summer long.

There will also be snacks, giveaways, and plenty of fun for everyone involved.
