FRANKLIN — Franklin Opera House will welcome the return of AudioBody to its stage on Friday, Nov. 12 at 7:30 p.m. This show features an explosive mix of circus arts, relentless comedy, full-body contortion, juggling, LED lights, and upbeat music. AudioBody’s multifaceted training and over 25 years of experience in the performing arts has taken them all over the US and abroad.
Brothers Matthew and Jason Tardy are the original masterminds. They started their performing career in 1994 as young teenagers in a small town in Maine where they presented some sketch comedy at a local community talent show.
They’ve released three albums of highly original and inventive music, which has also been used extensively in film and television shows. Ultimately they created the AudioBody live performance that is a synthesis of music, comedy, and technology.
According to Kate Griffith of Museum LA, “AudioBody is what happens when creativity collides with technology and takes the form of spectacle.”
