WOLFEBORO — American Legion Harriman-Hale Post 18 will sponsor a special Service Academy/ROTC Scholarship Program at the Wolfeboro Town Hall located at 84 South Main Street, on Saturday, Nov. 13 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Young men and women and their parents are welcome to attend and to learn about ROTC scholarships as well as admission to a service academy.

There will representatives from all the military academies: US Military Academy at West Point, the US Naval Academy at Annapolis, the US Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs, and the US Coast Guard Academy at New London. There will also be representatives from the Army and Air Force Reserve Officers Training Corps.

This will be an outstanding opportunity for young people to investigate whether attendance at a military academy or an ROTC scholarship is a possible course of action for them.

Admission is free and there is no obligation to apply to an academy or for a ROTC scholarship.
