LACONIA — Wescott Law is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Sarah Young to the firm. Young previously practiced in White Plains, New York, where she concentrated on insurance litigation including premises liability, class action products liability, employment law and personal injury. A 2013 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, she previously graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College of Middle Tennessee State University. She is admitted to practice in the Courts of New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York.
Young gained extensive experience through internships with several companies including Greater Boston Legal Services, the United States Attorney's Office, Liberty Mutual and Innovative Business Law Group. During this time she assisted with Social Security and disability, health care, employment, personal injury, premises liability and workers compensation matters, as well as business formation for small and mid-size startups.
"Sarah is a welcome addition to Wescott Law and the community," said Managing Partner Allison Ambrose. "She brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to the practice. In addition to strengthening our reputation for providing quality legal services in the areas of civil litigation and business formation, Sarah will expand our ability to provide much needed legal representation to our clients in the areas of worker's compensation and social security disability."
Recently relocating to Rumney with her husband and infant son, she looks forward to rock climbing, exploring the Lakes Region and becoming part of the local community.
Young offers general legal services, while focusing her practice on workers compensation, personal injury, civil litigation and business formation matters. While primarily at the Laconia office, Young also sees clients in the Meredith office by appointment, which may be arranged by emailing her directly or calling the firm's main office.
Wescott Law is a full service firm with a main office in Laconia and satellite offices in Bristol, Portsmouth and Meredith. For more information on the firm, their practice areas or the attorneys go to www.wescottlawnh.com.
