In this role, Taylor is responsible for proactively increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty with our brand while managing and promoting marketing projects and campaigns. Taylor works cross-departmentally to consolidate feedback and reviews, identifies opportunities for improvement, and uses the voice of our customers to optimize customer experiences and brand awareness.
