CONCORD — Timothy McLaughlin is among the newest partners at the Shaheen & Gordon law firm.
A native of Laconia, McLaughlin is an experienced litigator whose practice encompasses a wide range of complex disputes, frequently occurring at the intersection of civil and criminal law. He has appeared in numerous state and federal courts as well as arbitration proceedings and maintains an active pro bono practice, having handled matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and elsewhere.
He is a Marine Corps veteran, and was the captain of Laconia High School’s 1995 state champion Granite State Challenge team. He joined Shaheen and Gordon in 2015.
