Robert L. McElwee of Leadership Development Services offers leadership training and personalized coaching. McElwee and his wife, Diana, recently moved to New Hampshire from Ohio, where he had been involved in human resource development for over 25 years.
In Ohio, McElwee served as an AchieveGlobal and DDI (Development Dimensions International) Master Trainer for EnterpriseOhio; successfully delivered over 600 addresses and training programs to quite varied audiences; and provided consulting, facilitation, and training services for a wide variety of private and public organizations in the areas of job analysis; personnel recruitment, selection, and evaluation; leadership and team development; performance management; and strategic planning. Clients included Alcoa, Ashland Theological Seminary, General Motors Corporation, Heinz Frozen Foods, InfoCision Management Corporation and L’Oreal.
McElwee earned his baccalaureate and master’s degrees from Kent State University where he also completed doctoral course work. He also has over 20 years of management experience and has taught for West Liberty State College in West Virginia and both Kent State University and The University of Akron in Ohio.
