MEREDITH — The U.S. Small Business Administration recently named Meredith Village Savings Bank as New Hampshire Lender of the Year. The award recognizes the bank for the number and dollar amount of SBA 7(a) business loans, commitment to utilizing SBA loan programs and for providing small businesses with the access to capital they need to grow, thrive and succeed.
MVSB’s commercial lending team and leadership accepted the award during the SBA’s Lender Appreciation Ceremony at the Lakeport Opera House in Laconia on Dec. 3.
“Our exceptional team of commercial lenders and administrators truly go above and beyond to support the financing needs of local businesses,” MVSB Senior Vice President Senior Commercial Loan Officer Dan Osetek. “This award is a testament to that service and also to MVSB’s continuous work to offer the most efficient, real-time digital lending offerings to small businesses in the communities we serve. These strengths have helped us improve access to SBA programs and increase the number of loans we provide to local businesses.”
The bank has placed focus in recent years on expediting decisioning, processing and funding of business loans to ensure businesses can more readily access financing to manage day-to-day needs. This express offering has set the bank apart from local and national competitors – blending the warmth of personalized service with the latest in innovative technology. Osetek said, “these improvements truly give our customers a best-of-both worlds experience – access to financing at their fingertips, with the support and expertise of a local lender that is invested in their success.”
